Bryan is married to his college sweetheart, Keri, and they have two children, Andrew and Hope. Prior to becoming the Lead Pastor at CrossView, Bryan served as CEO of a Christian-based foster care, adoption, and mental health organization that served children and families throughout southwest Ohio. He has also served as a mental health therapist for children and families, and as a youth minister in two other churches. Bryan holds a Masters' Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Harding University. He loves hiking, backpacking, bicycling, and motorcycles.

Nate is married to his high school sweetheart, Abby, and the two enjoy their quiet life with their two dogs and two cats. Prior to becoming the Associate Pastor at CrossView, Nate has served at churches in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana. He studied at Johnson University and graduated with degrees in Biblical Studies and Intercultural Studies (Missions). Nate enjoys reading, playing video and board games, and spending time with his family and friends.

​Andrew is married to his high school sweetheart, Lauren. Andrew grew up at CrossView while his mom served as the Children's Minister. Prior to becoming the Student Minster at CrossView, Andrew studied at Johnson University. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree and majored in Youth Ministry, Children's Ministry, and Bible and Theology. He enjoys board games, movies, and video games.

Debbie is a Texas native. Since marrying Rob 24 years ago, the Air Force has taken them to many places and many churches. She is so thankful God landed their Air Force family here in Ohio. She has been at CrossView for ten years, having worked in student ministry most of that time. Debbie has worked with children in many capacities. She has been involved with children’s ministry, tutoring, teaching dance for over ten years, and now in her ninth-year teaching preschool. She has her bachelor's degree from Oklahoma City University. She loves music, books, sunshine and traveling.

Chelsea grew up attending CrossView and has fond memories of worshiping alongside her parents, grandparents, and great grandparents within the walls of CrossView. She accepted the role as CrossView’s Preschool Director in May of 2021. She attended Ozark Christian College and has worked with numerous churches and ministries over the years. She is so thankful God has given her the opportunity to share God’s Story with kids every week. Chelsea married her husband, Matt, in 2019. They welcomed their first baby in October 2021 and can’t wait to explore the world with him. They enjoy hiking, exploring National Parks, and visiting Disney World as often as they can.

Hope married her husband Brian in 1986 and they have three adult daughters, Chelsea, Christie and Charity, who are all married. Grandchildren have now started joining the family which are a joy and delight to Hope and Brian. Hope has attended CrossView all of her life and her grandchildren are the sixth generation of her family to attend CrossView. She joined the staff of CrossView as an office assistant in 2008 and in 2015 took on the role of Office & Finance Administrator. Hope graduated from Cincinnati Christian University with a degree in business education. She loves flower gardening, taking trips to the Amish country, decorating her home, and spending time with her family.

Steve and his wife, Susie, were brought to CrossView as 6 year olds, in the 1960's, by their parents. They grew up in the church and committed their lives to Jesus here. They married in 1976 and raised their 3 children, Sally, Sara, and Steve in this church. They are all raising our 8 grandchildren in Christian homes. He believes that CrossView has existed for almost 200 years because of faithful people that have kept GOD'S WORD as the priority. He is blessed, humbled, and honored to serve with the body of believers at CrossView!

Rick graduated from Springboro High School in 1976 and married his wife, Sue, in 1980. He worked in the electrical field on commercial and industrial controls for 22 years before becoming the electrician teacher at the Warren County Career Center in 1998. They have 2 children and 5 grandchildren and are looking forward to retiring this year. They love spending time with family and friends at the farm and cabin. They have attended CrossView for more than 35 years and are looking forward to being able to spend more time here after retirement.

Chris is blessed with a loving wife, Jenn, and six wonderful children; Mason, Aubrey, Belle, Miley, Morgan, and Avery. He was born in the Cleveland area, and moved to Southwest Ohio to attend Miami University. After nearly 19 years in the finance industry, Chris now operates the family's business in Springboro. He enjoys hiking, music, traveling, and home improvement projects.

The Barker family has been at CrossView since 2012, when they moved here from Texas. Alongside his wife, Debbie, Rob has served in youth ministry since 2013. He became an elder in September 2018. Rob is an

Air Force veteran, born and raised in Indiana and currently working as

a civilian employee at Wright-Patterson AFB.

Bryan began attending CrossView in 2009 and has been active in the music ministry throughout the years and is happy to be leading alongside the talented worship team. He and his wife Lauren, have been married since 2015. Bryan has a degree in Music Education from Wright State University and is active in many different musical outlets. In addition to leading worship at CrossView, Bryan is active as a choral composer/arranger, does audio production for various vocal groups, plays guitar for local musical theater shows, and works full-time for a print music publisher based in Dayton.

Mason is the Worship Intern here at CrossView. He is very passionate about worship and loves anything music. He is currently studying in the Masters of Divinity program at Cedarville University.

Joe met Andrea on a local Country radio station and were married soon after. They have six children, Amanda, Alaina, Andrea, Adam, Alex and Aleea. Joe has been working in the maintence field for over 40 years and loves serving and wearing different hats. Joe has been attending CrossView since 2014.
