Restorative Rhythms Women's Retreat

Two things are needed for restoration to occur: intentional rest & healing connection. No one is exempt from needing an undistracted space to slow down, catch our breath, and connect deeper with God’s heart and others who can encourage us along our journey. We grow in community! So together, we will unplug, reset, and seek God’s vision for our lives. We will discover & practice rhythms of rest that feed and nourish our soul while at the same time inspire and awaken the unique expression of love we were created to give the world.

In order to live whole, restored lives, there are rhythms we must learn to lean into. God designed our bodies, minds, and hearts for rest and our souls for creative expression. It is in this undistracted space where God can restore our bodies, tend to our hearts, and re-awaken the unique creative gifts he has placed within us. (Psalm 23:2-3)
