Bryan is married to his college sweetheart, Keri, and they have two adult children. Prior to becoming the Lead Pastor at CrossView, Bryan served as CEO of a Christian-based foster care, adoption, and mental health organization that served children and families throughout southwest Ohio. He has also served as a mental health therapist for children and families, and as a youth minister in two other churches. Bryan holds a Masters' Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Harding University. He loves hiking, backpacking, bicycling, and motorcycles.

Andrew is married to his high school sweetheart, Lauren, and they have been married since 2021. They welcomed their daughter, Daisy, in 2025. Andrew grew up at CrossView while his mom served as the Children's Minister. Prior to becoming the Student Minster at CrossView, Andrew studied at Johnson University. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree and majored in Youth Ministry, Children's Ministry, and Bible and Theology. He enjoys getting to know the students and working to develop their faith, while also making church fun!

Debbie Barker has been part of the CrossView Church family since 2013 and joined the church staff in 2022. She has a heart for encouraging and guiding young people in their faith and has served in both children’s and youth ministry over many years. Originally from El Paso, Texas, Debbie has more than 20 years of experience working with children through teaching dance and preschool. She earned a Performing Arts degree from Oklahoma City University, where she developed her love for creativity, music, and working with young people. Debbie and her husband, Rob, have three children—Eli, Anna, and Zari. Debbie enjoys reading, listening to music, soaking up sunshine, and traveling.

Christie married her husband Matt in 2020 and they have one child, a 3 year-old boy. Christie grew up attending CrossView and is the fifth generation of her family to do so. She has fond memories of this church as a child and is so excited to raise her own kids here. Christie graduated with her accounting degree from Anderson University in 2011, and then spent 14 years of her career working for the federal government. In 2025 she took a step back to stay home with her son and now spends a few hours each week alongside the CrossView staff in an administrative role. She enjoys gardening, board games, and spending time with family. 

Bryan began attending CrossView in 2009 and has been active in the music ministry throughout the years and is happy to be leading alongside the talented worship team. He and his wife Lauren, have been married since 2015. Bryan has a degree in Music Education from Wright State University and is active in many different musical outlets. In addition to leading worship at CrossView, Bryan is active as a choral composer/arranger, does audio production for various vocal groups, plays guitar for local musical theater shows, and works full-time for a print music publisher based in Dayton.

Hope married her husband Brian in 1986 and they have three adult daughters, Chelsea, Christie and Charity, who are all married. Grandchildren have now started joining the family which are a joy and delight to Hope and Brian. Hope has attended CrossView all of her life and her grandchildren are the sixth generation of her family to attend CrossView. She joined the staff of CrossView as an office assistant in 2008 and in 2015 took on the role of Office & Finance Administrator. Hope graduated from Cincinnati Christian University with a degree in business education. She loves flower gardening, taking trips to the Amish country, decorating her home, and spending time with her family.

Joe met Andrea on a local Country radio station and were married soon after. They have six children, Amanda, Alaina, Andrea, Adam, Alex and Aleea. Joe has been working in the maintence field for over 40 years and loves serving and wearing different hats. Joe has been attending CrossView since 2014.

Brian and his family have attended CrossView since 2017. He serves as a lead on the communications team that is responsible for the visual media that is used during our worship service and gatherings. He is responsible for visual media curated for our Sunday morning worship services, website and social media publishing. He is also responsible for our events and communication graphics. His lovely wife Amanda serves in children's ministry on Sunday mornings. Together they love raising their two children to be good neighbors and love the Lord.
