Pork Cooking Weekend

It's time to prep the pork for the Sauerkraut Festival! We will be cooking and shredding all of the pork that we use over these two days. A shift will consist of restocking the roasters with fresh pork and pulling the already cooked pork. The last shift of the weekend will also be the cleanup crew.
